Ariel – Construction begins in 2020
A “Mechir LaMishtaken” (Buyer’s Price) project.
At the entrance to Ariel is a new neighborhood of 600 housing units, with a marvelous view of the Shomron Hills. The project is surrounded by public areas, including a new amphitheater.
91 housing units, of which 33 are for the free market.
The project includes 19 half-dunam plots for building private luxury homes with Kedma standards – smart electricity, private parking, and a host of pampering extras.
